When Örjan Rang came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the FC Zoccers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Örjan Rang couldn't finish the play. Bengt-Rune Wennerström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Christer Jonsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anders Nordin having to interfere. After 32 played minutes Enskededalen IFK got a freekick which was hit by Åke Pihl. Enskededalen IFK's Anders Nordin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christer Jonsson in the 35th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, FC Zoccers's Örjan Rang sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anders Nordin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A hard shot 39 in the game by Bengt-Rune Wennerström from a close distance when the talented Fritz Sjöberg managed to make a qualified save. FC Zoccers's players were relieved. 44 minutes into the match, FC Zoccers's Örjan Rang sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anders Nordin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Åke Pihl kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thomas Viberg to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, FC Zoccers's Christer Jonsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anders Nordin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Örjan Rang struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Anders Nordin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Zoccers. When Christer Jonsson, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 58 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Anders Nordin was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Anders Nordin made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Örjan Rang sent off a good shot on target. 1-2 became the score in the 63rd minute when Örjan Rang elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Bengt-Rune Wennerström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fritz Sjöberg having to make a save. 69 minutes into the game, Thomas Viberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Fritz Sjöberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Enskededalen IFK's zone, Örjan Rang stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anders Nordin came out of the goal and Örjan Rang tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Örjan Rang came free with the goalkeeper in the 88th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Anders Nordin could save by the left post. Carl Skröder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anders Nordin having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 92nd minute by Christer Jonsson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Örjan Rang got free with Anders Nordin in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christer Jonsson in the 97th minute of play forced Enskededalen IFK's goalkeeper Anders Nordin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Enskededalen IFK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Zoccers's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Zoccers.
