Per Falck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Erik Igelström in the 5th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the match, Mönsterås FK's goalkeeper Hans Axelsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johnny Flinck. In the 12th minute Freddie Vidman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per Falck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Johnny Flinck might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hans Axelsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Johnny Flinck ran back to his position shaking his head. 18 minutes into the match, Mönsterås FK's goalkeeper Hans Axelsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johnny Flinck. bunnahabhain's Per Falck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddie Vidman in the 25th minute of play. Freddie Vidman struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Per Falck didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mönsterås FK. In the 28th minute Jens-Erik Igelström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per Falck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mönsterås FK's Freddie Vidman got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Per Falck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens-Erik Igelström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Freddie Vidman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jens-Erik Igelström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per Falck having to interfere. Per Gustavsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Arman Wennerqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mönsterås FK's Hans Axelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arman Wennerqvist in the 43rd minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arman Wennerqvist to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, bunnahabhain's Arman Wennerqvist got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mönsterås FK's goalkeeper Hans Axelsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Mönsterås FK defense, Arman Wennerqvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hans Axelsson. The Mönsterås FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hans Axelsson should have stopped the shot. Hans Axelsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johnny Flinck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. bunnahabhain's Arman Wennerqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 66th minute, Freddie Vidman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 69 minutes into the game, bunnahabhain's Arman Wennerqvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hans Axelsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Freddie Vidman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Per Falck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Per Falck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens-Erik Igelström, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Arman Wennerqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Sten Hellström came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the bunnahabhain fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sten Hellström couldn't finish the play. In the 85th minute, Per Gustavsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 92 minutes, Einar Simonsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mönsterås FK and the bunnahabhain players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Mönsterås FK's Einar Simonsson got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd minute Johnny Flinck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans Axelsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 95 minutes, Freddie Vidman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mönsterås FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Freddie Vidman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jens-Erik Igelström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
