Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arvid Ekgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sören Andreasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 28th match minute, Österskär FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bengt-Åke Rydberg to maneuver through the defense. The attack was good, but when Karl Kruuse in the 31st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Alfred Lindqvist in the 33rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Claes Torsberg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Herräng FF's Åke Magnusson got a free kick in the 41st minute. After 44 minutes Herräng FF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ted Lindsten who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Ted Lindsten almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Herräng FF's Claes Torsberg did a great save. Alfred Lindqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute, Österskär FF's Karl Kruuse dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When Alfred Lindqvist came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Österskär FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfred Lindqvist couldn't finish the play. Alfred Lindqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claes Torsberg having to interfere. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claes Torsberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 81st minute Karl Kruuse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claes Torsberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Herräng FF's Magnus Söderström got a free kick in the 85th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Herräng FF's zone, Alfred Lindqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claes Torsberg came out of the goal and Alfred Lindqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 87 minutes into the game, Karl Kruuse cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Claes Torsberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 92 minutes of play Österskär FF's Bengt-Åke Rydberg was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 93 played minutes, Herräng FF's Jan Skräddare shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arvid Ekgren came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Herräng FF reached it.
