In the 4th match minute, Ålabodarna FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anthon Västlund to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Anthon Västlund sped through AC Party's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Niclas Jelm. When Jesper Cane came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Ålabodarna FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jesper Cane couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jarl Törnqvist in the 46th minute of play forced AC Party's goalkeeper Niclas Jelm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gilbert Viklund's late challenge caught a Ålabodarna FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gilbert Viklund helped the player get up and apologised. In the 47th minute, Gilbert Viklund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anthon Västlund to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Ålabodarna FF's Anthon Västlund nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Niclas Jelm made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Ålabodarna FF's zone, Sven-Erik Göransson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomas Broberg came out of the goal and Sven-Erik Göransson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 61st minute, Sven-Erik Göransson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC Party fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Richard Albäck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Tomas Broberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niclas Jelm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesper Cane in the 72nd minute of the match. Sven-Erik Göransson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Tomas Broberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomas Broberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Richard Albäck's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. When Filip Morat fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ålabodarna FF's protests and gave Filip Morat a yellow card for diving instead.
