The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when David Tunström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fredrik Groth was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kent Elg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 61 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kent Elg in the 70th minute of play forced Estrella FC's goalkeeper Fredrik Groth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Åre's zone, Bo Söderström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pelle Malmberg came out of the goal and Bo Söderström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. David Tunström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pelle Malmberg having to interfere. Fredrik Groth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kent Elg in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Åre's goalkeeper Pelle Malmberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Bo Söderström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 93 minutes into the game, Estrella FC's David Tunström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pelle Malmberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Åre's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
