Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mikael Wållander took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rudolf Dahlquist in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roger Kruse saved Grycksbo IF from getting behind. Roger Kruse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikael Wållander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rudolf Dahlquist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 21st minute, Mikael Wållander reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Roger Kruse. The goal made the score 2-0. Rudolf Dahlquist struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Roger Kruse didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mariannelund RK. Mikael Wållander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Roger Kruse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 28 played minutes Grycksbo IF got a freekick which was hit by Richard Wall. Kalle Tidén stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nils-Erik Arenius's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Rudolf Dahlquist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute Mikael Wållander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Kruse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olov Kling's late challenge caught a Mariannelund RK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olov Kling helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th minute, Olov Kling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Mikael Wållander kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Roger Kruse. That made the score 4-0 in the 38 minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Grycksbo IF's goal looked a bit too open when Mikael Wållander came free, but Roger Kruse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute, Olov Kling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute, Mariannelund RK's Rudolf Dahlquist dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Patrik Wickander was the one to do the kick off. Roger Kruse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rudolf Dahlquist in the 52nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rudolf Dahlquist in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roger Kruse prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Mariannelund RK fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when Mariannelund RK's Mikael Wållander looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Rudolf Dahlquist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roger Kruse having to interfere. Mikael Wållander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Rudolf Dahlquist put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Roger Kruse. 68 minutes into the match, Mariannelund RK's Mikael Wållander sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roger Kruse narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 70 minutes, Mikael Wållander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mariannelund RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikael Wållander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Mikael Wållander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Mikael Wållander's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roger Kruse was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Mikael Wållander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mikael Wållander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th minute Jens-Ove Örtendal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Kruse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rudolf Dahlquist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roger Kruse having to interfere. Roger Kruse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikael Wållander in the 89th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the game, Sebastian Qvalfeldt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grycksbo IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mariannelund RK the free kick. After 93 played minutes Grycksbo IF got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Qvalfeldt. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Mariannelund RK had played much better football throughout.
