Spectators: 6682 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1682, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Johan Svanér got the match started through his kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Pelle Adelsköld kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edmund Sjöberg. That made the score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Holsljunga's zone, Pelle Adelsköld stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edmund Sjöberg came out of the goal and Pelle Adelsköld tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 13 played minutes Ersmark IF got a freekick which was hit by Jörgen Gunnarsson. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pelle Adelsköld in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edmund Sjöberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 21st minute, Pelle Adelsköld fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 23rdth minute of the game Pelle Adelsköld who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Holsljunga's Edmund Sjöberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edmund Sjöberg made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Per-Åke Lange sent off a good shot on target. In the 25th minute, Johan Svanér hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Ersmark IF defense, Johan Svanér kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sven-Olof Beckström. The Ersmark IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sven-Olof Beckström should have stopped the shot. Pelle Adelsköld fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmund Sjöberg having to interfere. If Pelle Adelsköld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pelle Adelsköld to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Per-Åke Lange shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmund Sjöberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 54 minutes into the game, Maximilian Nyberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ersmark IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Holsljunga the free kick. In the 55th minute, Maximilian Nyberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Holsljunga's Edmund Sjöberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Åke Lange in the 57th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Holsljunga's goal looked a bit too open when Per-Åke Lange came free, but Edmund Sjöberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the game, Ulrik Hedbom was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Holsljunga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ersmark IF the free kick. A collision led to Holsljunga getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Edmund Sjöberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per-Åke Lange, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. The referee showed Jörgen Gunnarsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 83 played minutes Ersmark IF got a freekick which was hit by Jörgen Gunnarsson. Per-Åke Lange might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edmund Sjöberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Per-Åke Lange ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 87th minute, Tommy Lundkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Per-Åke Lange sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute, Per-Åke Lange left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ersmark IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ersmark IF fully deserved thier win.
