Philip Walmarsson's late challenge caught a Nol IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Philip Walmarsson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 39th match minute, Zic United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Philip Walmarsson to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the match, Zic United's goal looked a bit too open when Folke Vibjörnsson came free, but Fred Månsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Folke Vibjörnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fred Månsson having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maximilian Glad was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Folke Vibjörnsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nol IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Folke Vibjörnsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Nol IK getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Max Melberg hit a great ball. Folke Vibjörnsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ivar Blomqvist during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 61 played minutes Zic United got a freekick which was hit by Ivar Blomqvist. Fred Månsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Folke Vibjörnsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Nol IK's Folke Vibjörnsson in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 78th minute, Nol IK's Folke Vibjörnsson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. In the 81st minute, Michael Norström made a precise shot to the right of Sven-Ove Strömberg. Nol IK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Zic United's Fred Månsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Zic United from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Zic United's zone, Maximilian Glad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fred Månsson came out of the goal and Maximilian Glad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over Nol IK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Zic United throughout the match.
