Ulf Olofsson was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 19th minute. Rastas FK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The supporters of Rastas FK booed when Kongshojs boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger Vallander didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Bernt Hafström in the 22nd minute really tested Johan Asklöv's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Hampus Ström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sonny Giöck's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. 26 minutes into the match, Maximilian Berg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hampus Ström. Rastas FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maximilian Berg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Johan Asklöv showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulf Olofsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 31 minutes into the game, Per-Arne Lindqvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kongshojs boys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rastas FK the free kick. In the 31st match minute, Kongshojs boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per-Arne Lindqvist to maneuver through the defense. Ulf Olofsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulf Olofsson in the 37th minute of play forced Kongshojs boys's goalkeeper Johan Asklöv to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rastas FK's Leif Åberg got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 43rd minute of the match, Leif Åberg got a very nice opportunity to score, but Johan Asklöv was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Johan Asklöv made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leif Åberg in the 47th minute.

After 51 minutes, Arman Sjöström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rastas FK and the Kongshojs boys players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 51st match minute, Rastas FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arman Sjöström to maneuver through the defense. Maximilian Berg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Hampus Ström made a huge save. Johan Asklöv made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulf Olofsson in the 58th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Kongshojs boys's goal looked a bit too open when Leif Åberg came free, but Johan Asklöv reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th match minute, Rastas FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernt Hafström to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute Per-Arne Lindqvist managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Johan Asklöv showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leif Åberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 64th minute, Magnus Malmström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute, Leif Åberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 71 minutes into the match, Kongshojs boys's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Johnsson came free, but Johan Asklöv reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute Leif Åberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johan Asklöv saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Kongshojs boys's zone, Leif Åberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Johan Asklöv came out of the goal and Leif Åberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leif Åberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johan Asklöv having to interfere. Ulf Olofsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, one of Kongshojs boys:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kongshojs boys. When Ulf Olofsson came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Rastas FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulf Olofsson couldn't finish the play. Johan Asklöv made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leif Åberg in the 95th minute of play. A collision led to Kongshojs boys getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Sven-Arne Nordström hit a great ball. Leif Åberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johan Asklöv having to interfere. The Rastas FK manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Kongshojs boys to win.
