The audience was convinced that Dan Ekrot's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Örjan Godholm was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Emil Täman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Emil Täman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jens-Ola Sundin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isak Hansson having to interfere. If Jon Kielstedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jens-Ola Sundin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Örjan Godholm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Ekrot in the 31st minute of the match. After 33 played minutes Sunnemo got a freekick which was hit by Ulf Soned. 41 minutes into the match, Trensum BF's Jon Kielstedt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Isak Hansson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jon Kielstedt in the 43rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Isak Hansson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jens-Ola Sundin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isak Hansson having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens-Ola Sundin in the 52nd minute of play forced Sunnemo's goalkeeper Isak Hansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isak Hansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jon Kielstedt in the 53rd minute of play. Sunnemo's Isak Hansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Ola Sundin in the 57th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Jon Kielstedt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jon Kielstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jens-Ola Sundin in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isak Hansson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Emil Täman struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Örjan Godholm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sunnemo. Jon Kielstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isak Hansson having to interfere. Urban Jespersson hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. After 86 played minutes Trensum BF got a freekick which was hit by Urban Jespersson. When Sunnemo's Emil Täman in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Trensum BF's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Sunnemo booed when Trensum BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torbjörn Salkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball.
