Carl Beckman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bo Kock in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carl Beckman saved Hasslarp IK from getting behind. Carl Beckman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bo Kock in the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th match minute, Hasslarp IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torgny Zachrisson to maneuver through the defense. Tavelsjö IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alfons Bengtsson in the 18th minute. The corner ended in Alfons Bengtsson almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Hasslarp IK's Carl Beckman did a great save. In the 19thth minute of the game Bo Kock who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hasslarp IK's Carl Beckman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 20th minute, Agne Valrot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice moves Max Albohm could shoot a difficult shot in the 21st minute, which Svante Örtendahl however easily saved by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Bo Kock managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tavelsjö IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Bo Kock was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carl Beckman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 24 minutes into the match, Hasslarp IK's goal looked a bit too open when Folke Martinsson came free, but Carl Beckman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bo Kock recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. John Levander blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carl Beckman having to make a save. After the first half Tavelsjö IF were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tobias Lundgren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 52 minutes, Carl Beckman successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Bo Kock received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Carl Beckman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 55 minutes of play, Hasslarp IK's Stig-Arne Askestät made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Svante Örtendahl was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edvard Almstedt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carl Beckman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Hasslarp IK's zone, John Levander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carl Beckman came out of the goal and John Levander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Tavelsjö IF booed when Hasslarp IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Lundgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carl Beckman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Levander in the 65th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Lundgren in the 66th minute of play forced Tavelsjö IF's goalkeeper Svante Örtendahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute, Bo Kock fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 71 played minutes Hasslarp IK got a freekick which was hit by Rudolf Gerdberg. Hasslarp IK's Carl Beckman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfons Bengtsson in the 73rd minute of play. Bo Kock sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 76 in the game by Folke Martinsson from a close distance when the talented Carl Beckman managed to make a qualified save. Hasslarp IK's players were relieved. In the 77th minute, Stig-Arne Askestät ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Svante Örtendahl was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Folke Martinsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Beckman having to interfere. Folke Martinsson in the 84thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Carl Beckman, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Alfons Bengtsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Beckman having to interfere. Folke Martinsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hasslarp IK's Carl Beckman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Hasslarp IK from getting a goal against them.
