Spectators: 7272 (Terracing: 5456, Seating: 1672, VIP seats: 144) 3 minutes into the match, Roger Ugla notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Benknäcks FF's Ian Asmundsson. Ian Asmundsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Timmy Vallgren hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Benknäcks FF's Samuel Martinsson tried to score from far away in the 10th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Hubert Lund charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hubert Lund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Samuel Martinsson, 15 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 17thth minute of the game Kurt Abrahamsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barsebäck IF's Peder Rosén was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Holger Billock struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Peder Rosén didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Benknäcks FF. Peder Rosén made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Holger Billock sent off a good shot on target. During the 35th minute of the match Hubert Lund completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Hubert Lund a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Barsebäck IF getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Hubert Lund hit a great ball. Holger Billock scored 1-1 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Peder Rosén, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Calle Björnberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Calle Björnberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paul Askberg kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Kurt Abrahamsson notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Barsebäck IF's Peder Rosén. Peder Rosén was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kurt Abrahamsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Peder Rosén tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 69 played minutes Benknäcks FF got a freekick which was hit by Kurt Abrahamsson. Benknäcks FF's Ian Asmundsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Benknäcks FF from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Kurt Abrahamsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Benknäcks FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Kurt Abrahamsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Peder Rosén breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Timmy Vallgren came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Barsebäck IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Timmy Vallgren couldn't finish the play. Benknäcks FF's Kurt Abrahamsson got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There was no doubt that Benknäcks FF were the better team. Benknäcks FF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
