Spectators: 7235 (Terracing: 5428, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 143) After a rather tough play, Sweden Warriors's Alfons Wennerquist got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 5th minute Bror Mossberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilbert Säv saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute, Carl Lindgren reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jan-Olof Salqvist. The goal made the score 1-0. If Carl Lindgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilbert Säv made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kent Stålman in the 15th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Kent Stålman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gilbert Säv was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. If Kent Stålman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bror Mossberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 28 minutes into the match, Ted Clementsson notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Mullhyttan BF's Jan-Olof Salqvist. Jan-Olof Salqvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ted Clementsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jan-Olof Salqvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ted Clementsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Bror Mossberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bror Mossberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Gilbert Säv tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 44 minutes, Bror Mossberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mullhyttan BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bror Mossberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Kent Stålman made the kick off in the second half. Bror Mossberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilbert Säv having to interfere. Carl Lindgren struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Jan-Olof Salqvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sweden Warriors. 58 minutes into the match, Mullhyttan BF's goal looked a bit too open when Ted Clementsson came free, but Jan-Olof Salqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ted Clementsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gilbert Säv made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bror Mossberg in the 67th minute. Kent Stålman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilbert Säv having to interfere. After 78 played minutes Mullhyttan BF got a freekick which was hit by Harry Arvidsson. When Rune Fågel came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Sweden Warriors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rune Fågel couldn't finish the play.
