Bror Mossberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Henry Bagge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henry Bagge made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bror Mossberg in the 9th minute. After 11 minutes, Andréas Håkansson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jonsered and the Mullhyttan BF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Andréas Håkansson hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Kent Stålman struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Henry Bagge didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mullhyttan BF. After 19 minutes, Bror Mossberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mullhyttan BF and the Jonsered players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bror Mossberg hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Vidar Örtendal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Jan-Olof Salqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Mullhyttan BF's goal looked a bit too open when Vidar Örtendal came free, but Jan-Olof Salqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Mullhyttan BF's Bror Mossberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Henry Bagge narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kent Stålman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Bagge having to interfere. 35 minutes into the game, Mullhyttan BF's Bror Mossberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Henry Bagge made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Jan-Olof Salqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vidar Örtendal in the 40th minute of play. Jonsered's Henry Bagge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kent Stålman in the 43rd minute of play. Niklas Kilstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Jan-Olof Salqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vidar Örtendal to strike the kick off in the second half. Henry Bagge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kent Stålman in the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th minute of the match Mullhyttan BF got a corner. Jonsered's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Harry Arvidsson ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Harry Arvidsson almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Jonsered's Henry Bagge did a great save. The supporters of Mullhyttan BF booed when Jonsered was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niklas Kilstedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henry Bagge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bror Mossberg in the 62nd minute of play. After 64 played minutes Jonsered got a freekick which was hit by Vidar Örtendal. After a defensive mix-up in Jonsered's zone, Kent Stålman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henry Bagge came out of the goal and Kent Stålman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Andreas Albom blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jan-Olof Salqvist having to make a save. In the 72nd minute, Andreas Albom fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jan-Olof Salqvist, passed just outside the right post. In the 74th minute Vidar Örtendal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Olof Salqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan-Olof Salqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vidar Örtendal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes into the match, Jonsered's goal looked a bit too open when Kent Stålman came free, but Henry Bagge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andreas Albom could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Jan-Olof Salqvist made a huge save. Mullhyttan BF's Jan-Olof Salqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Mullhyttan BF from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Mullhyttan BF's Mikael Ström got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 95th match minute, Mullhyttan BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harry Arvidsson to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Sven-Oskar Ahlfors from long distance, 96 minutes into the match, got Jan-Olof Salqvist's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Henry Bagge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bror Mossberg in the 97th minute of play. Mullhyttan BF's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
