Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Per-Erik Nyberg started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Byxelkrok RK's goal looked a bit too open when Ragnar Nyström came free, but Wictor Örtendahl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kungsängen IF's Richard Fransson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Erik Nyberg in the 7th minute of play. Per-Erik Nyberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Richard Fransson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Kungsängen IF's zone, Helge Ahlström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Richard Fransson came out of the goal and Helge Ahlström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Helge Ahlström got free with Richard Fransson in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Björkdal in the 19th minute of play forced Byxelkrok RK's goalkeeper Wictor Örtendahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Felix Björkdal notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Byxelkrok RK's Wictor Örtendahl. Wictor Örtendahl was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 26th minute, Helge Ahlström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Byxelkrok RK's Björn Anundsson got a free kick in the 29th minute. Christoffer Nord received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Wictor Örtendahl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Kungsängen IF's Simon Hägglund seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Simon Hägglund the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Kungsängen IF protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Simon Hägglund had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 34 minutes into the game, one of Kungsängen IF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Byxelkrok RK a penalty, 37 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Billy Ahlfors, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Kungsängen IF's Richard Fransson. 1-1. Per-Erik Nyberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the game, Per-Erik Nyberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Byxelkrok RK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kungsängen IF the free kick. The supporters of Kungsängen IF booed when Byxelkrok RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per-Erik Nyberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Byxelkrok RK's Wictor Örtendahl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Björkdal in the 47th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Felix Björkdal made the kick off in the second half. Andreas Hökkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wictor Örtendahl made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Felix Björkdal sent off a good shot on target. Billy Ahlfors hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Andreas Hökkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wictor Örtendahl having to interfere. 64 minutes into the game, Ragnar Nyström recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wictor Örtendahl. Ragnar Nyström showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Per-Erik Nyberg was shown his second yellow card after 68 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Byxelkrok RK getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Per-Erik Nyberg hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Ragnar Nyström took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Wictor Örtendahl to make any attempt to save it. Andreas Hökkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wictor Örtendahl having to interfere. Wictor Örtendahl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andreas Hökkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes into the game, Ragnar Nyström recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wictor Örtendahl. Ragnar Nyström showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. In the 93rd minute, Helge Ahlström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Richard Fransson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-6. Kungsängen IF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
