Jan Stenquist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Hägg having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Walter Ahlström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th minute, Dick Söderberg sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Arboga BF's Kristoffer Kullander didn't even have to move. David Sandwall's late challenge caught a Arboga BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Sandwall helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Rångedala BF getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. David Sandwall hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Sebastian Sandström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arboga BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Sandström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Peter Hägg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 19 minutes into the match, Jan Stenquist dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Peter Hägg, 1-0. Jan Stenquist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rångedala BF's Peter Hägg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Stenquist in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Carl Palmkvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arboga BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rångedala BF the free kick. After 36 played minutes Arboga BF got a freekick which was hit by Carl Palmkvist. David Sandwall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jan Stenquist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Rångedala BF booed when Arboga BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walter Ahlström didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 48 minutes Arboga BF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dick Söderberg who took care of the corner kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jan Stenquist made a kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Arboga BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walter Ahlström to maneuver through the defense. Jan Stenquist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Peter Hägg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Rångedala BF defense, Jan Stenquist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Peter Hägg. The Rångedala BF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Peter Hägg should have stopped the shot. Peter Hägg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Stenquist in the 69th minute of the match. In the 70th match minute, Rångedala BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Staffan Sandström to maneuver through the defense. Leonardo Lundström who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Kristoffer Kullander when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Sebastian Sandström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Peter Hägg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Peter Hägg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Stenquist, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Rångedala BF's Peter Hägg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Stenquist in the 77th minute of play. Arboga BF's Sebastian Sandström got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 85 minutes, Leonardo Lundström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rångedala BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonardo Lundström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Rångedala BF's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Sandström came free, but Peter Hägg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Sandwall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Kristoffer Kullander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Per-Arne Lundblad struck a weak shot in the 100th minute. Kristoffer Kullander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rångedala BF. Arboga BF's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
