After some careless play in the Boll och Erektions Gänget defense, Eskil Julin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Uno Bergqvist. The Boll och Erektions Gänget fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Uno Bergqvist should have stopped the shot. In the 21st match minute, Boll och Erektions Gänget was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Calle Algren to maneuver through the defense. If Knut Örtendal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karl Asklund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gilbert Stabbe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Karl Asklund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Gånghester RK's Petter Martinsson got a free kick in the 46th minute. When Eskil Julin fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gånghester RK's protests and gave Eskil Julin a yellow card for diving instead.

Uno Bergqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eskil Julin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Erik Stålberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Uno Bergqvist. That made the score 3-3 in the 53 minute of play. Uno Bergqvist was out of position in the 57 minute of play, and Erik Stålberg capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Erik Stålberg really showed his touch with that goal: 3-4. In the 60th minute Gilbert Stabbe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Asklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonardo Norström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Asklund having to interfere. When Matthias Kvalfält fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilbert Stabbe in the 67th minute of play forced Gånghester RK's goalkeeper Karl Asklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Andy Pihlwall took a quick shot and it went in 3-5 without a chance for Uno Bergqvist to make any attempt to save it. Uno Bergqvist was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Andy Pihlwall capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Andy Pihlwall really showed his touch with that goal: 3-6.
