Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 9 minutes into the match, FC Lägger av's goalkeeper Jon Caspersson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erik Stålberg. In the 13th minute Gustav Odeen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Asklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Lägger av's Jon Caspersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andy Pihlwall in the 16th minute of play. Olov Karlberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 17th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Karl Asklund. Gånghester RK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 19 minutes, Josef Bark mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Lägger av and the Gånghester RK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in FC Lägger av's zone, Andy Pihlwall stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jon Caspersson came out of the goal and Andy Pihlwall tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jon Caspersson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erik Stålberg in the 48th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andy Pihlwall made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Erik Stålberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jon Caspersson was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. After having played for 65 minutes, Andy Pihlwall managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gånghester RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andy Pihlwall was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jon Caspersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andy Pihlwall, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Gustav Odeen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Asklund having to interfere. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jon Caspersson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jon Caspersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andy Pihlwall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andy Pihlwall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Jon Caspersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd match minute, Gånghester RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erik Stålberg to maneuver through the defense. Jon Caspersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andy Pihlwall, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Gånghester RK fully deserved thier win.
