Pontus Holmberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Billinge Fotbolls Klubb. Billinge Fotbolls Klubb's Leonard Josefsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingemar Bollström in the 13th minute of play. Pontus Holmberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josef Gustafsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Josef Gustafsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Pontus Holmberg made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Hölö's Knut Simonsson got a free kick in the 21st minute. Knut Simonsson hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Pontus Holmberg made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Göran Hedlund sent off a good shot on target. Leonard Josefsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Knut Simonsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Göran Hedlund in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pontus Holmberg saved Hölö from getting behind. The corner led Billinge Fotbolls Klubb's Josef Gustafsson to fire away a dangerous shot which Pontus Holmberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Lennart Martinsson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pontus Holmberg, 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Göran Hedlund got free with Pontus Holmberg in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 46 played minutes Billinge Fotbolls Klubb got a freekick which was hit by Nicklas Jansson. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ingemar Bollström in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonard Josefsson saved Billinge Fotbolls Klubb from getting behind. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ingemar Bollström to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Henry Brolin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Billinge Fotbolls Klubb fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Pontus Holmberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Göran Hedlund in the 56th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Göran Hedlund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pontus Holmberg was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Billinge Fotbolls Klubb's Göran Hedlund got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Göran Hedlund took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pontus Holmberg. Pontus Holmberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Göran Hedlund in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pontus Holmberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Henry Brolin struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Pontus Holmberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Billinge Fotbolls Klubb. In the 77th minute, Lennart Martinsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Billinge Fotbolls Klubb's Henry Brolin got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Henry Brolin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Pontus Holmberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 89 minutes, Göran Hedlund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Billinge Fotbolls Klubb's supporters crossed their fingers, but Göran Hedlund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Billinge Fotbolls Klubb walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
