Hugo Westerberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Karl-Magnus Christoffersson came out and tried to block the shot, but Hugo Westerberg slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 19th minute. Karl-Magnus Christoffersson was a little too slow when Hugo Westerberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Hugo Westerberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Segeltorps IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugo Westerberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karl-Magnus Christoffersson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in FC Rosengård's zone, Edvin Deckberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl-Magnus Christoffersson came out of the goal and Edvin Deckberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Jack Wallgren fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Rosengård's protests and gave Jack Wallgren a yellow card for diving instead. Jack Wallgren hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match.
