After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Roland Alströmer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sigvard Viberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jerry Linquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Eriksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Roland Alströmer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sigvard Viberg having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joachim Täman in the 20th minute of play forced Högsäter RK's goalkeeper Sigvard Viberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joachim Täman struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Sigvard Viberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alex mannar fc. Petter Deckberg hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. When Joachim Täman came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Alex mannar fc fans jumped to their feet. If Roland Alströmer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Högsäter RK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
