Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Holger Rosén started the match with the kick off. Ingvar Möller recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ingvar Möller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 9th match minute, Näsum RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Max Eliasson to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the game, Kåre Matsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ånäset's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Näsum RK the free kick. In the 13th minute, Kåre Matsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 14 played minutes, Näsum RK's Max Eliasson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Per-Arne Larsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Näsum RK reached it. Per-Arne Larsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Persson in the 16th minute of play. After some careless play in the Näsum RK defense, Urban Lägdin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jimmie Lidström. The Näsum RK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jimmie Lidström should have stopped the shot. In the 25th minute, Urban Lägdin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jimmie Lidström. The goal made the score 2-0. Erik Persson struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Per-Arne Larsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Näsum RK. Per-Arne Larsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Persson in the 29th minute of play. Tobias Strand hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ånäset's goalkeeper Per-Arne Larsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ånäset's Per-Arne Larsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Persson in the 35th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Urban Lägdin was the one to do the kick off. With an all-out effort, Näsum RK's Per-Arne Larsson threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Holger Rosén, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 56th minute Näsum RK were awarded a corner. Max Eliasson went to the cornerflag to take it. Näsum RK's Max Eliasson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Per-Arne Larsson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Erik Persson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Per-Arne Larsson having to make a save. 65 minutes into the game, Filiph Haraldsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ånäset's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Näsum RK the free kick. 65 minutes into the game, one of Ånäset:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ånäset:s Per-Arne Larsson showed great skill when he stopped Max Eliasson:s penalty. Näsum RK's Holger Rosén suffered a sore thigh after 72 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Rasmus Svanberg fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ånäset's protests and gave Rasmus Svanberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 72nd minute, one of Ånäset:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ånäset. Elliot Magnusson hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 78thth minute of the game Ingvar Möller who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Näsum RK's Jimmie Lidström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Max Eliasson hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 83rd match minute, Näsum RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fredrik Kjellman to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Ingvar Möller managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ånäset's supporters rose to their feet, but Ingvar Möller was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jimmie Lidström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Näsum RK's zone, Urban Lägdin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jimmie Lidström came out of the goal and Urban Lägdin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 92nd minute, Torgny Brovall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes had been played when some careless play by Näsum RK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sture Kalfhage was slow to take the kick. During this time Ånäset's players had a chance to rest. Ånäset's Sture Kalfhage was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jimmie Lidström in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. For all the effort they put into the match, the Näsum RK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ånäset.
