When Fritz Wiman came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Perssonersons fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fritz Wiman couldn't finish the play. After 24 minutes, Filiph Smed mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ki ngunza and the Perssonersons players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to ki ngunza getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Filiph Smed hit a great ball. After 25 played minutes Perssonersons got a freekick which was hit by Evert Söderlund. Martin Bergvall made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fritz Wiman in the 30th minute. After having played for 39 minutes, Elias Kjellqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ki ngunza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elias Kjellqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kennet Wallmark came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by ki ngunza's Oskar Torsberg. But to his dismay, Oskar Torsberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After 46 played minutes ki ngunza got a freekick which was hit by Gustaf Alin. Emanuel Frykberg kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oskar Torsberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Fritz Wiman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute Oskar Torsberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kennet Wallmark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute, Elias Kjellqvist had to leave the field with a concussion. ki ngunza's Ernst Markusson was substituted for Elias Kjellqvist. The supporters of ki ngunza booed when Perssonersons was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gustaf Alin in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kennet Wallmark saved Perssonersons from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oskar Torsberg in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kennet Wallmark prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in ki ngunza's zone, Pär Eklund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martin Bergvall came out of the goal and Pär Eklund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gustaf Alin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Kennet Wallmark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Ernst Markusson managed to get in a good position for a shot. ki ngunza's supporters rose to their feet, but Ernst Markusson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kennet Wallmark breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kennet Wallmark made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Oskar Torsberg sent off a good shot on target. Filiph Smed received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Kennet Wallmark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
