After 3 played minutes BK Gallan's August Nässén stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Edmund Bank stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing Myresjö of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when August Nässén got free with Edmund Bank in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 7 played minutes Myresjö got a freekick which was hit by Gilbert Mattsson. After 9 minutes, Emanuel Forsberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Myresjö and the BK Gallan players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 10th match minute, Myresjö was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Forsberg to maneuver through the defense. Henrik Blomqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Edmund Bank tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Forsberg in the 19th minute of play forced BK Gallan's goalkeeper Per Eriksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. August Nässén could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Edmund Bank made a huge save. When August Nässén came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the BK Gallan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that August Nässén couldn't finish the play. Tom Eliasson hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. If Emanuel Forsberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emanuel Forsberg to make the kick off. Per Eriksson made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Tomas Smed sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, BK Gallan's Per Eriksson got control of the ball when Tomas Smed tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Ralf Kollberg fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BK Gallan's protests and gave Ralf Kollberg a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, BK Gallan's Ralf Kollberg got a free kick in the 59th minute. August Nässén struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Edmund Bank didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BK Gallan. With a little luck, BK Gallan's Per Eriksson got control of the ball when Tomas Smed tried to sneak it across the goal line. The corner led BK Gallan's Tom Eliasson to fire away a dangerous shot which Edmund Bank despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Per Eriksson came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Myresjö's Tomas Smed. But to his dismay, Tomas Smed quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. If Tomas Smed had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ralf Kollberg kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Myresjö were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing BK Gallan to leave the ground with a draw.
