Spectators: 5580 (Terracing: 4200, Seating: 1380, VIP seats: 0) Överkalix IFK's Vilhelm Flinck started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Mattias Hammarbäck was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Skultuna RK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Överkalix IFK the free kick. After having played for 7 minutes, Vilhelm Flinck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Överkalix IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vilhelm Flinck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Rune Kilman came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Överkalix IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rune Kilman couldn't finish the play. In the 15th minute of the match, Peder Bergdal sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Kurt Göransson showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. Vilhelm Flinck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Fred Gunnarsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fred Gunnarsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rune Kilman in the 19th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Vilhelm Flinck notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Skultuna RK's Fred Gunnarsson. Fred Gunnarsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fred Gunnarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sonny Lindblom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rune Kilman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fred Gunnarsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Sonny Lindblom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Skultuna RK defense, Rune Kilman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fred Gunnarsson. The Skultuna RK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fred Gunnarsson should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Rune Kilman put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Fred Gunnarsson. Vilhelm Flinck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vilhelm Flinck took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fred Gunnarsson. Fred Gunnarsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

Fred Gunnarsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Axel Stålman in the 57th minute. 58 minutes into the game, Axel Stålman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Fred Gunnarsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 61st play minutes Rune Kilman shot 0-9, a short shot which went by Fred Gunnarsson and just under the crossbar into goal. Vilhelm Flinck in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fred Gunnarsson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 68thth minute of the game Rune Kilman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Skultuna RK's Fred Gunnarsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vilhelm Flincks short, quick shot in the 72ndth minute got Fred Gunnarsson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 73rd minute, Axel Stålman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fred Gunnarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rune Kilman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Skultuna RK's Jan-Ove Gustavsson got a free kick in the 75th minute. Rune Kilman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Axel Stålman in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fred Gunnarsson saved Skultuna RK from getting behind. When Sonny Lindblom came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Överkalix IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sonny Lindblom couldn't finish the play. Axel Stålman let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 86th minute shot 0-10 at rihgt post. If Rune Kilman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fred Gunnarsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Verner Svanberg in the 92nd minute of the match. Sonny Lindblom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Överkalix IFK's Vilhelm Flinck, in the 94th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Överkalix IFK. Fred Gunnarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rune Kilman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot by Mats Tidéksson from long distance, 99 minutes into the match, got Fred Gunnarsson's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Överkalix IFK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
