Jim Brogren's late challenge caught a Skyttorp FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jim Brogren helped the player get up and apologised. In the 33rd match minute, Urshult was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jim Brogren to maneuver through the defense. Aaron Grubb fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikael Alin having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Tor Walmarsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gustaf Söderberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lukas Jonasson in the 43rd minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lukas Jonasson to make the kick off. When Aaron Grubb came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Urshult fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aaron Grubb couldn't finish the play. Aaron Grubb's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Mikael Alin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Aaron Grubb received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Mikael Alin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aaron Grubb's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mikael Alin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. A collision led to Skyttorp FF getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Johan Malmberg hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute, Rune Hjortberg fired a really elegant long shot, but Mikael Alin threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tor Walmarsson in the 85th minute of play forced Skyttorp FF's goalkeeper Mikael Alin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute Tor Walmarsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikael Alin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Skyttorp FF's Mikael Alin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Skyttorp FF from getting a goal against them.
