Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Villands Vånga's Axel Brandt started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Axel Brandt came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Villands Vånga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Axel Brandt couldn't finish the play. Axel Brandt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Måns Hedling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Rasmus Västerstrand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Bengt-Arne Lindqvist fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gimo IK's protests and gave Bengt-Arne Lindqvist a yellow card for diving instead. Rasmus Västerstrand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Måns Hedling having to interfere. If Axel Brandt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Axel Bremming recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rasmus Västerstrand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Måns Hedling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Sten Ahlfors fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gimo IK's protests and gave Sten Ahlfors a yellow card for diving instead. 21 minutes in the game Oskar Johansson after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Måns Hedling. A very good opportunity. 23 minutes into the match, Villands Vånga's Rasmus Västerstrand sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Måns Hedling narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With his leg Måns Hedling managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when Villands Vånga's Rasmus Västerstrand fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 29 minutes into the match, Villands Vånga's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Bremming came free, but Allan Wallengren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Måns Hedling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Brandt, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The supporters of Gimo IK booed when Villands Vånga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vincent Wästerberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Svante Västerberg charged in rather forcefully in the 48th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Svante Västerberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 48 minutes into the game, one of Villands Vånga:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Axel Bremming made the kick off in the second half. Oskar Johansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Axel Brandt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Måns Hedling having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Rasmus Västerstrand got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 66th minute, Oskar Johansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 67 minutes in the game, Jarl Gallin dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. If Rasmus Västerstrand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Axel Brandt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 1-0 became the score in the 83rd minute when Rasmus Västerstrand elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 87th minute Axel Brandt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Måns Hedling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rasmus Västerstrand in the 89th minute of play forced Gimo IK's goalkeeper Måns Hedling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Rasmus Västerstrand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Gimo IK's zone, Rasmus Västerstrand stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Måns Hedling came out of the goal and Rasmus Västerstrand tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Måns Hedling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rasmus Västerstrand in the 99th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Villands Vånga fully deserved thier win.
