Linus Olsmann was out of position in the 7 minute of play, and Christer Brovall capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Christer Brovall really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 13th minute Joar Bern shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eskil Persson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sören Sjöberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eskil Persson having to interfere. After having played for 18 minutes, Hans Jansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grusplans Gubbarna!'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Hans Jansson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Staffan Fredriksson took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Linus Olsmann. Linus Olsmann dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Christer Brovall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 28 minutes into the game, Jens-Åke Samuelsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grusplans Gubbarna!'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vikingar och Vargar the free kick. After 28 played minutes Grusplans Gubbarna! got a freekick which was hit by Jens-Åke Samuelsson. Georg Boman, 29 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 31 minutes into the game, Vikingar och Vargar's Staffan Fredriksson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Linus Olsmann made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Grusplans Gubbarna!'s goalkeeper couldn't reach when Christer Brovall 36 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-0. Eskil Persson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans Jansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Vikingar och Vargar's Eskil Persson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans Jansson in the 41st minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hans Jansson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Grusplans Gubbarna! got a freekick which was hit by Jens-Åke Samuelsson. Hans Jansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 65 minutes into the game, Christer Brovall cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Linus Olsmann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Linus Olsmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christer Brovall in the 72nd minute of the match. After 74 played minutes Vikingar och Vargar got a freekick which was hit by Staffan Fredriksson. When Vikingar och Vargar's Christer Brovall in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Per-Arne Kilberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Linus Olsmann having to interfere.
