Spectators: 6672 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1672, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Harald Albom made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harald Albom in the 10th minute of play forced Gagisha IF's goalkeeper Stig Collin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stig Collin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wiktor Olofsson's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Karl-Axel Söderström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stig Collin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harald Albom in the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th match minute, Maleekboom was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Bergsten to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Maleekboom getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Christian Bergsten hit a great ball. In the 27thth minute of the game Karl-Axel Söderström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maleekboom's Torgny Dahlquist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 30 minutes in the game, Antero Soveral fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Torgny Dahlquist having to interfere. Flávio Rego took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Torgny Dahlquist. Maleekboom's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Karl-Axel Söderström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torgny Dahlquist having to interfere. If Karl-Axel Söderström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wiktor Olofsson during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 36 minutes, Flávio Rego managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gagisha IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flávio Rego was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Antero Soveral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 40 minutes, Ove Arenius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gagisha IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ove Arenius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Gagisha IF booed when Maleekboom was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kjell Tidén didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sílvio Luís Correia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Torgny Dahlquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Karl-Axel Söderström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Harald Albom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig Collin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, Maleekboom's Casper Malmgren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stig Collin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Antero Soveral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torgny Dahlquist having to interfere. Antero Soveral struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Torgny Dahlquist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gagisha IF. The audience thought a goal was coming when Håkan Brandin got free with Stig Collin in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Antero Soveral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Maleekboom's goalkeeper Torgny Dahlquist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 70th minute, Ove Arenius ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Torgny Dahlquist was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Antero Soveral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Torgny Dahlquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Torgny Dahlquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sílvio Luís Correia, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Karl-Axel Söderström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torgny Dahlquist having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Ove Arenius managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gagisha IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Ove Arenius was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Torgny Dahlquist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Antero Soveral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Antero Soveral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sílvio Luís Correia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
