In the 43rd minute, IFK Sollentuna's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Thor Hansson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Thor Hansson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Sten Carlsson made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patrik Nordström in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sten Carlsson saved IFK Sollentuna from getting behind. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Patrik Nordström to make the kick off. The Bredared BK fans' excitement grew in the 90th match minute when Bredared BK's Patrik Nordström looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
