Spectators: 6682 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1682, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ola Berg took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pål Andreasson in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adam Högman saved Tibro from getting behind. Adam Högman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pål Andreasson in the 14th minute of the match. Wictor Martinsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Tibro's Tage Anselius got a free kick in the 19th minute. The audience was convinced that Ola Berg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adam Högman was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Christer Kråk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerry Vallgren having to interfere. Adam Högman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pål Andreasson in the 26th minute of the match. Ola Berg took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adam Högman. Adam Högman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Pål Andreasson kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Christer Kråk who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 45thth minute tested the skills of Jerry Vallgren when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Staffan Hjeltman hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

If Christer Kråk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pål Andreasson struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Adam Högman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lidingö RK. After a defensive mix-up in Tibro's zone, Ola Berg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adam Högman came out of the goal and Ola Berg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wictor Martinsson got in the 68th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Jerry Vallgren handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Tibro's Adam Högman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ola Berg in the 70th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Christer Kråk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 74th minute Wictor Martinsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerry Vallgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Wictor Martinsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 77 minutes of play, Tibro's Wictor Martinsson made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jerry Vallgren was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ola Berg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Christer Kråk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tibro's supporters rose to their feet, but Christer Kråk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jerry Vallgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rikard Kihlman during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Tibro getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Rikard Kihlman hit a great ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
