In the 10thth minute of the game Karl-Axel Thedin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stavsnäs IF's Evert Löfgren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 13th minute Karl-Axel Thedin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evert Löfgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute, Wictor Wennerberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Evert Löfgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Axel Thedin in the 20th minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Stellan Thidén ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Evert Löfgren was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Arman Harlén made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wictor Wennerberg in the 31st minute. Evert Löfgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stellan Thidén in the 33rd minute of play. If Stellan Thidén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Stavsnäs IF defense, Stellan Thidén kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evert Löfgren. The Stavsnäs IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evert Löfgren should have stopped the shot. The supporters of INVX booed when Stavsnäs IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Axel Blomquist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Axel Blomquist made the kick off in the second half. Arman Harlén made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Blomquist in the 53rd minute of play. INVX's Arman Harlén played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Blomquist in the 58th minute of play. Stavsnäs IF's Wictor Wennerberg got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. INVX walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
