After 6 played minutes Abborrviken BK got a freekick which was hit by Björn Stensson. Långshyttan IK were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after Abborrviken BK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gustaf Alebäck took the corner. 12 minutes into the match, Maximilian Runberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Allan Springfält. Abborrviken BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maximilian Runberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 18 minutes into the match, Abborrviken BK's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Kilstedt came free, but Allan Springfält reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustaf Alebäck kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Torbjörn Josefsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josef Högman in the 23rd minute of play. Jörn Kiempe charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jörn Kiempe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jörn Kiempe hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. When Abborrviken BK's Josef Högman in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Långshyttan IK's goalie prevented a goal. Roland Kilstedt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Allan Springfält read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Folke Blixt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the match, Långshyttan IK's goal looked a bit too open when Josef Högman came free, but Torbjörn Josefsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Josef Högman might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Torbjörn Josefsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Josef Högman ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

After having played for 54 minutes, Roland Kilstedt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Långshyttan IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roland Kilstedt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Roland Kilstedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Torbjörn Josefsson came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Abborrviken BK's Josef Högman. But to his dismay, Josef Högman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. A collision led to Abborrviken BK getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Jon Lindgren hit a great ball. Gustaf Alebäck, 64 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Torbjörn Josefsson came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Abborrviken BK's Josef Högman. But to his dismay, Josef Högman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. The audience was convinced that Folke Blixt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Torbjörn Josefsson was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. After some careless play in the Abborrviken BK defense, Roland Kilstedt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Allan Springfält. The Abborrviken BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Allan Springfält should have stopped the shot. Jon Lindgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torbjörn Josefsson having to interfere. Josef Högman might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Torbjörn Josefsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Josef Högman ran back to his position shaking his head. After 88 played minutes Långshyttan IK got a freekick which was hit by Ove Wickander. Josef Högman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Torbjörn Josefsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd match minute, Abborrviken BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Josef Högman to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Långshyttan IK getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Henning Runeberg hit a great ball. If Folke Blixt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
