Real Tornado's supporters crossed their fingers, but Torsten Skark was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arne Haström made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Ludwig Olsmann sent off a good shot on target. Holsljunga IF's Nils-Åke Sjöberg got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28th minute, Holsljunga IF's Patric Spets dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Holsljunga IF's Patric Spets suffered a concussion after 38 minutes and had to leave the field. The supporters of Holsljunga IF booed when Real Tornado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jörgen Forsberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 43 minutes, Torsten Skark managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arne Haström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Torsten Skark got free with Pelle Fransson in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Holsljunga IF fans' excitement grew in the 71st match minute when Holsljunga IF's Ludwig Olsmann looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 75th minute, Jörgen Forsberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludwig Olsmann in the 97th minute of play forced Real Tornado's goalkeeper Arne Haström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Real Tornado players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Holsljunga IF.
