Spectators: 6691 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1691, VIP seats: 0) Bengt-Åke Vase made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt-Arne Hafström in the 3rd minute of play. Lövånger IFK's Ronny Backlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magnus Wallander in the 5th minute of play. Magnus Wallander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronny Backlund having to interfere. 7 minutes into the game, Karl-Erik Njurenius was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lövånger IFK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Reftele the free kick. Karl-Erik Njurenius hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. When Magnus Wallander came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Reftele fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Magnus Wallander couldn't finish the play. Karl-Oskar Pilblad struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Ronny Backlund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Reftele. Ronny Backlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Oskar Pilblad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the match, Karl-Oskar Pilblad notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Lövånger IFK's Ronny Backlund. Ronny Backlund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bengt-Arne Hafström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Bengt-Åke Vase tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Robin Bröms during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 37th minute, one of Reftele:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Reftele.

The wind increased when Karl-Oskar Pilblad made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Gabriel Björling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 56 minutes, Philip Boklund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lövånger IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Philip Boklund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Reftele defense, Philip Boklund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bengt-Åke Vase. The Reftele fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bengt-Åke Vase should have stopped the shot. Bengt-Åke Vase came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Lövånger IFK's Bengt-Arne Hafström. But to his dismay, Bengt-Arne Hafström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 73rd minute of the match, Karl-Oskar Pilblad tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ronny Backlund saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 74 minutes into the match, Lövånger IFK's goalkeeper Ronny Backlund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Magnus Wallander. Bengt-Åke Vase took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Philip Boklund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bengt-Arne Hafström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Bengt-Åke Vase tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Philip Boklund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Lövånger IFK's Ronny Backlund got control of the ball when Magnus Wallander tried to sneak it across the goal line. Philip Boklund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bengt-Åke Vase read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. Reftele's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
