Spectators: 7231 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Pär Hellqvist got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of FC Olja booed when Pettans Gamla Gubbar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edwin Lustig didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ulf Thedin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Eskil Fristedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ulf Thedin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 11thth minute, Eskil Fristedt skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in Pettans Gamla Gubbar's zone, Pär Hellqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eskil Fristedt came out of the goal and Pär Hellqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Olja's Wictor Wallin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 16th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Pettans Gamla Gubbar. Edwin Lustig scored 0-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Birger Öfverman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, FC Olja's Pär Hellqvist got a free kick in the 24th minute. Per-Arne Stenman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Birger Öfverman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The attack was good, but when Christer Lundberg in the 35th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Per-Arne Stenman scored 0-3 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Birger Öfverman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 44thth minute of the game Pär Hellqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pettans Gamla Gubbar's Eskil Fristedt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Pettans Gamla Gubbar getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Roy Brenner hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Per-Arne Stenman to strike the kick off in the second half. Birger Öfverman was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Per-Arne Stenman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Per-Arne Stenman really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Pär Hellqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pär Hellqvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eskil Fristedt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Eskil Fristedt came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Olja's Pär Hellqvist. But to his dismay, Pär Hellqvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Edwin Lustig recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lukas Kinell hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. FC Olja's Birger Öfverman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Arne Stenman in the 83rd minute of play. FC Olja's Pär Hellqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 90 minutes into the match, Ulf Thedin notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Pettans Gamla Gubbar's Eskil Fristedt. Eskil Fristedt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC Olja's Birger Öfverman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Arne Stenman in the 95th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Pettans Gamla Gubbar had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
