Spectators: 6678 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Peter Lundberg kicked off to start the match. When Peter Lundberg came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Lidsjöberg FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Peter Lundberg couldn't finish the play. Peter Lundberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rune Kihlberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viktor Siggman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Lundberg in the 18th minute of play forced Moget UTD's goalkeeper Stig-Åke Rang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Göran Bammerman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Stig-Åke Rang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Lidsjöberg FK booed when Moget UTD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eric Flinck didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 23 minutes, Herbert Gustavsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lidsjöberg FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Herbert Gustavsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 26th minute, Eric Flinck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute of the match Herbert Gustavsson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Stig-Åke Rang skillfully saved the ball. Viktor Siggman hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Göran Bammerman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Stig-Åke Rang when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 32nd minute, Göran Bammerman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stig-Åke Rang was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Rune Kihlberg came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Moget UTD's Aleksander Sävström. But to his dismay, Aleksander Sävström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Göran Bammerman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Stig-Åke Rang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Aleksander Sävström made the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute, Göran Bammerman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Moget UTD's Viktor Siggman got a free kick in the 60th minute. Stig-Åke Rang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Göran Bammerman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Eric Flinck fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Moget UTD's protests and gave Eric Flinck a yellow card for diving instead. After 64 played minutes Moget UTD got a freekick which was hit by Eric Flinck. Göran Bammerman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stig-Åke Rang having to interfere. After 72 minutes, Olle Bennet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lidsjöberg FK and the Moget UTD players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 72nd match minute, Lidsjöberg FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olle Bennet to maneuver through the defense. Aleksander Sävström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rune Kihlberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Peter Lundberg took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stig-Åke Rang. Stig-Åke Rang dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Aleksander Sävström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. During the 97th minute of the match Olle Bennet completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Olle Bennet a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Moget UTD booed when Lidsjöberg FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olle Bennet didn't get a good kick on the ball.
