Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Karhu Sauna Club's Fred Smed started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Karhu Sauna Club's Karl-Axel Lidström got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eric Dahlberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Axel Lidström, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After 8 minutes, Algot Kielstedt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Karhu Sauna Club and the Tandsbyn BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 9th match minute, Karhu Sauna Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Algot Kielstedt to maneuver through the defense. Tony Sundin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jens-Ola Brandin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Axel Larsson having to interfere. Eric Dahlberg came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Karhu Sauna Club's Per-Åke Arvidsson. But to his dismay, Per-Åke Arvidsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some careless play in the Karhu Sauna Club defense, Jens-Ola Brandin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karl-Axel Larsson. The Karhu Sauna Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karl-Axel Larsson should have stopped the shot. After 24 minutes, Karl-Axel Lidström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Karhu Sauna Club and the Tandsbyn BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Karl-Axel Lidström hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. If Per-Åke Arvidsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jens-Ola Brandin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tony Sundin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl-Axel Larsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Karhu Sauna Club's Karl-Axel Larsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Karhu Sauna Club from getting a goal against them. Torgny Samuelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wilhelm Sigfridsson was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 38 minutes into the match. Karl-Axel Larsson made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Jens-Ola Brandin sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jens-Ola Brandin to strike the kick off in the second half. Per-Åke Arvidsson kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, Jens-Ola Brandin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tandsbyn BK's Tony Sundin got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Karl-Axel Larsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens-Ola Brandin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Karhu Sauna Club's Algot Kielstedt got a free kick in the 71st minute. Karl-Axel Larsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Ola Brandin in the 74th minute of the match. In the 81st match minute, Karhu Sauna Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Axel Lidström to maneuver through the defense. Tony Sundin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There was no doubt that Tandsbyn BK were the better team. Tandsbyn BK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
