In the 13th minute Daniel Vedholm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fred Holm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Daniel Vedholm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bertil Bocklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludwig Rydelius having to interfere. After 33 minutes of play, Yxlan's Daniel Vedholm made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fred Holm was left in no man's land by his defense there! Christoffer Ahlbom blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fred Holm having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Vedholm in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fred Holm saved Ejdsmaskin FF from getting behind. If Christoffer Ahlbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Christoffer Ahlbom to strike the kick off in the second half. Fred Holm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christoffer Ahlbom in the 52nd minute of the match. Fred Holm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christoffer Ahlbom, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Leif Påk ran back to his position shaking his head. Fred Holm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leif Påk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Christoffer Ahlbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fred Holm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christoffer Ahlbom, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Daniel Vedholm charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After 93 minutes of play, Yxlan's Christoffer Ahlbom made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fred Holm was left in no man's land by his defense there! Yxlan's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
