Wilhelm Apelquist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Konrad Walmarsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 26 played minutes, Åsa IF's Stefan Ahlqvist shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Konrad Walmarsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Åsa IF reached it. Elof Lundblad's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Konrad Walmarsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. If Ivan Stenkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Åsa IF's Georg Elg got control of the ball when Andreas Österlund tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Topptrim FC's Ivan Stenkvist in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wilhelm Apelquist was the one to do the kick off. Topptrim FC's Konrad Walmarsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Topptrim FC from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ivan Stenkvist in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Georg Elg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 60th minute, Torsten Duset made a precise shot to the right of Georg Elg. Åsa IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After having played for 63 minutes, Elof Lundblad managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Åsa IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elof Lundblad was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Topptrim FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Wilhelm Apelquist scored to the left of an out of position Konrad Walmarsson, making the score, 3-1.
