Michael Martinsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Jörgen Kalfhage made a huge save. If Michael Martinsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Helge Henriksson came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the BK Bänknötarna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Helge Henriksson couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in BK Bänknötarna's zone, Oskar Stolpe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arne Ryberg came out of the goal and Oskar Stolpe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 41 minutes into the game, one of Braxens pågar:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Helge Henriksson to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Roger Hedlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oskar Stolpe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Ryberg having to interfere. Egon Haraldsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Arne Ryberg made a huge save. In the 59th minute Oskar Stolpe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Ryberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Helge Henriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Helge Henriksson in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jörgen Kalfhage prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 71 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for BK Bänknötarna! Arne Ryberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oskar Stolpe in the 78th minute of the match. Helge Henriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ulf Stenberg charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ulf Stenberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, BK Bänknötarna's Andreas Glanselius got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Michael Martinsson struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Jörgen Kalfhage didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BK Bänknötarna. Jörgen Kalfhage took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Helge Henriksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The BK Bänknötarna supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Braxens pågar's performance. The match ended with a win for Braxens pågar.
