Svante Bagge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pontus Utfal in the 14th minute of the match. Pontus Utfal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Svante Bagge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Birger Alefors fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bror Arenstedt having to interfere. Thomas Ljungberg took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bror Arenstedt. Bror Arenstedt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a rather tough play, U.C. AlbinoLeffe's Sven-Oskar Sefastsson got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 39th minute, Pontus Utfal made a precise shot to the right of Svante Bagge. U.C. AlbinoLeffe's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 42nd minute, Birger Alefors ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bror Arenstedt was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Thomas Ljungberg made a kick off. Niklas Henriksson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pontus Utfal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sven-Oskar Sefastsson charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sven-Oskar Sefastsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to U.C. AlbinoLeffe getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Sven-Oskar Sefastsson hit a great ball. Bror Arenstedt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Birger Alefors, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. When Niklas Henriksson came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Runmarö fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niklas Henriksson couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Ljungberg in the 73rd minute of play forced Runmarö's goalkeeper Bror Arenstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thomas Ljungberg in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bror Arenstedt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pontus Utfal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Svante Bagge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Runmarö's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
