Spectators: 6687 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1687, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Paul Levander started the match with the kick off. When Sakarias Knutsson fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stugun's protests and gave Sakarias Knutsson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 3rd match minute, Stugun was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sakarias Knutsson to maneuver through the defense. Paul Levander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 9 minutes, Paul Levander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ängelholm IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paul Levander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Sebastian Örnberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sten Carlsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philip Jakobsson having to interfere. 15 minutes into the game, Ängelholm IK's Paul Levander nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Philip Jakobsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Karl-Erik Pedersson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ulf Pihlblad having to make a save. If Oskar Holmberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute, Sebastian Örnberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Karl-Erik Pedersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulf Pihlblad having to interfere. Sakarias Knutsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Stugun's Oskar Holmberg in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ängelholm IK's goalie prevented a goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oskar Holmberg was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sten Carlsson in the 61st minute of play forced Stugun's goalkeeper Philip Jakobsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kent Gregersson hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Sebastian Örnberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philip Jakobsson having to interfere. Paul Levander might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Philip Jakobsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paul Levander ran back to his position shaking his head. Sebastian Örnberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philip Jakobsson having to interfere. In the 78th minute Oskar Holmberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulf Pihlblad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sten Carlsson's late challenge caught a Stugun's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sten Carlsson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 79th match minute, Ängelholm IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sten Carlsson to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 83 in the game by Sebastian Örnberg from a close distance when the talented Philip Jakobsson managed to make a qualified save. Stugun's players were relieved. In the 85th minute, Lars Ahlroth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Paul Levander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Stugun's Sakarias Knutsson got a free kick in the 96th minute. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
