Spectators: 6944 (Terracing: 5444, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jonatan Pettersson kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the match, Väckelsång IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Viggo Allbom came free, but Göran Carlsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Viggo Allbom recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Göran Carlsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viggo Allbom in the 17th minute of play. Olof Bagge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Pettersson in the 22nd minute of play. Väckelsång IFK's Jonatan Pettersson got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nils-Emil Berggren struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Olof Bagge didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Väckelsång IFK. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Nils-Emil Berggren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Väckelsång IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Nils-Emil Berggren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olof Bagge breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Viggo Allbom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 44 minutes into the game, Egil Persson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Väckelsång IFK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Klågerup the free kick. A collision led to Väckelsång IFK getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Egil Persson hit a great ball. FC Klågerup's Jan-Erik Lindman suffered a sore thigh after 47 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Jonatan Jelm charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonatan Jelm the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jonatan Jelm hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

FC Klågerup's Olof Bagge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Pettersson in the 53rd minute of play. Jonatan Pettersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olof Bagge having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, FC Klågerup's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Pettersson came free, but Olof Bagge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonatan Pettersson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olof Bagge read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Olof Bagge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Pettersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Väckelsång IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Östen Boberg came free, but Göran Carlsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Göran Carlsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urban Vidman in the 74th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Väckelsång IFK's Jonatan Pettersson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Olof Bagge narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 86th minute, Nils-Emil Berggren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Väckelsång IFK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Boris Nilsson hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Jonatan Jelm hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. If Östen Boberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
