Spectators: 7312 (Terracing: 5485, Seating: 1682, VIP seats: 145) Shepherd´s Bush Green's André Gustafsson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Urban Kellbom made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Henrik Rudqvist sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Shepherd´s Bush Green getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Erland Rosendal hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Shepherd´s Bush Green's zone, Henrik Rudqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Urban Kellbom came out of the goal and Henrik Rudqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gilbert Vallman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Urban Kellbom read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Victor Vik was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Shepherd´s Bush Green's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Germania FC the free kick. After 15 played minutes Shepherd´s Bush Green got a freekick which was hit by Victor Vik. In the 19th minute, Gilbert Vallman reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Urban Kellbom. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 25th minute, Gilbert Vallman fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When Reine Hääger came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Shepherd´s Bush Green fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reine Hääger couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Germania FC's zone, André Gustafsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ingemar Göransson came out of the goal and André Gustafsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Victor Vik kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. When Shepherd´s Bush Green's Victor Vik, in the 38th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Shepherd´s Bush Green. André Gustafsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Gustafsson in the 47th minute of play forced Germania FC's goalkeeper Ingemar Göransson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gilbert Vallman to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, André Gustafsson fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ingemar Göransson, passed just outside the right post. When Germania FC's Henrik Rudqvist in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ingemar Göransson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Gustafsson in the 81st minute of play. Urban Kellbom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilbert Vallman in the 83rd minute of the match. Germania FC's Ingemar Göransson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Germania FC from getting a goal against them.
