The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Roger Forsberg came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Partizan Edsgarn's Bo Lindblom. But to his dismay, Bo Lindblom quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Michael Helander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Johannes Ödmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Sandström in the 14th minute of the match. Roger Forsberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Helander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute, Otto Nordlund reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Roger Forsberg. The goal made the score 2-0. If Bo Lindblom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michael Helander in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roger Forsberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Partizan Edsgarn's Michael Helander in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alla Heter Glenn I GBG's goalie prevented a goal. In the 28th minute Anton Sandström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johannes Ödmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Otto Nordlund came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Partizan Edsgarn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Otto Nordlund couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Alla Heter Glenn I GBG's zone, Bo Lindblom stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roger Forsberg came out of the goal and Bo Lindblom tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michael Helander in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roger Forsberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Michael Helander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Roger Forsberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Alla Heter Glenn I GBG's goalkeeper Roger Forsberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bo Lindblom. 47 minutes into the match, Bo Lindblom notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Alla Heter Glenn I GBG's Roger Forsberg. Roger Forsberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Michael Helander to strike the kick off in the second half. Michael Helander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 56 minutes, Bo Lindblom managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Partizan Edsgarn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bo Lindblom was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roger Forsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Helander in the 65th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leif Sundström in the 66th minute of play forced Partizan Edsgarn's goalkeeper Johannes Ödmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alla Heter Glenn I GBG's Roger Forsberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otto Nordlund in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74th minute of the match Partizan Edsgarn got a corner. Alla Heter Glenn I GBG's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bo Lindblom ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Partizan Edsgarn's corner Bo Lindblom fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Roger Forsberg quite easily take care of the ball. After having played for 75 minutes, Bo Lindblom managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Partizan Edsgarn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bo Lindblom was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roger Forsberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Michael Helander went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 82nd match minute, Alla Heter Glenn I GBG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludvig Björnsson to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Michael Helander managed to get in a good position for a shot. Partizan Edsgarn's supporters rose to their feet, but Michael Helander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roger Forsberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Bo Lindblom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87thth minute of the game Michael Helander who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alla Heter Glenn I GBG's Roger Forsberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Michael Helander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Michael Helander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roger Forsberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Helander in the 94th minute of play forced Alla Heter Glenn I GBG's goalkeeper Roger Forsberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bo Lindblom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roger Forsberg having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Helander in the 97th minute of play forced Alla Heter Glenn I GBG's goalkeeper Roger Forsberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 99 minutes into the match, Partizan Edsgarn's goal looked a bit too open when Anton Sandström came free, but Johannes Ödmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Partizan Edsgarn players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
