Pontus Asklöv showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilhelm Johnsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. The supporters of Linderöd booed when Bunkeflostrand was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Ivarsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. With 12 minutes on the clock, Mathias Ståhlman commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee gave Linderöd a penalty, 14 minutes into the game. Dan Lundström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Bunkeflostrand booed when Linderöd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Byström didn't get a good kick on the ball. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pontus Asklöv showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bunkeflostrand's Pontus Asklöv played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilhelm Johnsson in the 29th minute of play. Dennis Cane made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dan Lundström in the 39th minute. Simon Lundberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pontus Asklöv made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilhelm Johnsson in the 44th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dan Lundström to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Wilhelm Johnsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pontus Asklöv saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Bunkeflostrand's Pontus Asklöv got control of the ball when Simon Lundberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, Bunkeflostrand's goalkeeper Pontus Asklöv had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Simon Lundberg. Wilhelm Johnsson was extremely unlucky when he, in the 76th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The crowd rose to their feet as Linderöd's Wilhelm Johnsson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pontus Asklöv. That made the score 1-2 after 78 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilhelm Johnsson in the 92nd minute of play forced Bunkeflostrand's goalkeeper Pontus Asklöv to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Linderöd left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Bunkeflostrand.
