Åke Kihlman hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. 8 minutes into the match, Korsberga's Ingmar Svartengren broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Åke Kihlman during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Per Albäck's late challenge caught a Korsberga's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Per Albäck helped the player get up and apologised. Per Albäck kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Ingmar Svartengren shot from long distance in the 36th minute, but Östen Beck was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Bror Hökqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt-Arne Salqvist having to interfere. Bo Lagerberg scored 0-1 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bengt-Arne Salqvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Esbjörn Kullgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Östen Beck didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Karl-Oskar Ahlqvist went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Kent Nilsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt-Arne Salqvist having to interfere. Petter Kvalfält hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute, Gabriel Mattsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Korsberga fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Kent Nilsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Östen Beck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Mattsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Bengt-Arne Salqvist was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and Bror Hökqvist capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. The supporters of Korsberga booed when Jonstorp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kent Nilsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Korsberga were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Jonstorp for a fine match.
