Seating: 1200, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Oskar Källberg took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th match minute, Oviken was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Axel Lidström to maneuver through the defense. Oviken's Kent Björling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oskar Källberg in the 7th minute of play. Rolf Odin's late challenge caught a Norsborg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rolf Odin helped the player get up and apologised. Rolf Odin kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Karl-Axel Lidström ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 28 minutes, Gösta Finsberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oviken's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gösta Finsberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jimmy Kilstedt got free with Kent Björling in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Oviken's goalkeeper Kent Björling, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonatan Åman came out of the goal and Conny Billvall tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oviken's Gösta Finsberg got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 90 played minutes Norsborg got a freekick which was hit by Svante Ahlbom. When Gösta Finsberg came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Oviken fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gösta Finsberg couldn't finish the play. Oviken were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
