Spectators: 7298 (Terracing: 5475, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bengt Malmberg started the match with the kick off. Bengt Malmberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Sivert Lindström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bengt Malmberg in the 19th minute of play forced Perssons Pågar's goalkeeper Sivert Lindström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonard Blomquist came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Perssons Pågar's Allan Alströmer. But to his dismay, Allan Alströmer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 26th minute Allan Alströmer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonard Blomquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sivert Lindström was a little too slow when Bengt Malmberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 1-1. 37 minutes into the game, Thomas Svanström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Leonard Blomquist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 44 minutes into the match, Perssons Pågar's goalkeeper Sivert Lindström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martin Ahlén. When Stig-Arne Söderberg fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skeppargatan OSS's protests and gave Stig-Arne Söderberg a yellow card for diving instead. 47 minutes into the match, Perssons Pågar's goalkeeper Sivert Lindström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martin Ahlén. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Perssons Pågar's supporters rose to their feet, but Thomas Svanström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. With a little luck, Skeppargatan OSS's Leonard Blomquist got control of the ball when Thomas Svanström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sivert Lindström didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Skeppargatan OSS's Bengt Malmberg shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-2 in the ordered_time% minute.
